Pano's Contract
A contract Grocer Pano gave you. It says, if you kill Hobgoblins and bring 30 pieces of proof, he will give you potatoes as a reward.
Not dropped by monsters.
Cannot be spoiled.
The chances are official (x1). On servers with x10, x100 and higher rates, drop and spoil come more often.
