Blessed Scroll: Modify R-grade Armor
Changes the appearance of R-grade armor to that of different armor of the same or lower grade. You need an appearance item, which is not destroyed after its appearance is extracted. No change in stats. Double-click to use. Items with modified appearance cannot be traded until they revert to their original form.
Not dropped by monsters.
Cannot be spoiled.
The chances are official (x1). On servers with x10, x100 and higher rates, drop and spoil come more often.
