Wind Spirit Fragment
Obtained by killing monsters in the Sea of Spores. Perhaps it's related to the cause of the weakening of the barrier there? Take this to Bacon.
Not dropped by monsters.
Cannot be spoiled.
The chances are official (x1). On servers with x10, x100 and higher rates, drop and spoil come more often.
