Transformed Energy
A strange clump of the wind energy. It seems to have been affected by the Altar of Oblivion in the Garden of Spirits. Take it to Magister Belas who should be near the Garden of Spirits.
Not dropped by monsters.
Cannot be spoiled.
The chances are official (x1). On servers with x10, x100 and higher rates, drop and spoil come more often.
