Mid-rate L2 servers (x15–x50) balance a long game and a quick start: a character reaches high levels in days or weeks, and clans can grow into sieges while the server is at peak online.
These rates are popular on Interlude and High Five. Above are new Lineage 2 servers with these rates: announcements and those already open.
For players with a couple of hours a day: levelling does not take months, but the economy and clans live long.
