L2 servers with x3–x7 rates are low-rate with a small boost: levelling is still long, the economy is alive and items are valued, but high levels are reachable without months of grinding. The most popular choice for those who want "almost official" with some time left for life.
Online count, fair donations and window limits matter on such servers. Above are new Lineage 2 servers with these rates: announcements with start dates and those already open.
Experience and adena come about 5 times faster, so sieges and the Olympiad are reached in weeks rather than months, while the economy stays valuable.
