Blessed Scroll: Modify C-grade Armor
Changes the appearance of a C-grade armor to that of a different armor of the same or lower grade. You need an appearance item which is not destroyed after the procedure. An appearance-modified item has no change in abilities. Double-click to use.
Not dropped by monsters.
Cannot be spoiled.
The chances are official (x1). On servers with x10, x100 and higher rates, drop and spoil come more often.
