1. Who processes data
The website l2spawn.com is run by the L2Spawn administration. Contact for any data questions: admin@l2spawn.com. We collect only what the Site needs to work.
2. What we collect
- Telegram login (players who vote, server owners and moderators): Telegram ID, name, @username and the bot language. We do not receive your phone number.
- Votes and ratings: which server you voted for and when (one vote per server every 12 hours) and the stars you gave it. Votes and ratings are shown only as totals and averages — without your name.
- What you publish: server data. Server links and contacts are public.
- Orders and payments: service, period, amount, payment method and status. Payments by card or crypto go through CryptoBot — we do not see card or wallet details.
- Launch reminders: your Telegram ID and the server you asked to be reminded about.
- Statistics: page views, impressions of server rows and banners, clicks, the source of the visit, device type, language, country (determined from the IP address via the DB-IP database at the moment of the visit) and time on page. Instead of an IP address we store a one-day hash of IP + browser, which cannot be turned back into an IP. Detailed visit records are kept 120 days, daily totals — longer.
- Web server logs (IP, address, browser) — kept a few days for protection against attacks.
3. Cookies
- l2s_sid — the login cookie, set only after you log in; it keeps you signed in.
- Yandex Metrica cookies — anonymous site statistics (Yandex terms). You can block them in your browser; the Site will keep working.
We do not use advertising trackers or social network pixels.
4. Why
To let you log in and manage servers, process orders and placements, send the bot messages you asked for, show statistics to server owners, protect the Site from abuse and improve it.
5. Who else sees data
We do not sell or pass data to third parties, except services needed for the Site to work: Telegram (login and bot), CryptoBot (payments), Yandex Metrica (statistics) and the hosting provider (servers in the EU). Data may be disclosed at a lawful request of authorities.
6. Storage and deletion
Account data is kept while the account exists. To delete your account, reminders or ratings, write to admin@l2spawn.com from the contact associated with your account — we will delete them within 30 days. Payment records may be kept as long as needed for accounting.
