DownloadHow to install a Lineage 2 client
The client is the game itself, not tuned for any particular server. To play on a private server you put its patch on top of the client — the project publishes it on its official website, and every server has its own.
The client chronicle must match the server chronicle: you cannot join a High Five server with an Interlude client and vice versa. The chronicle is shown in every row of the L2Spawn catalog and on the server page. Interlude and High Five are needed most often; Classic takes more than 10 GB — check your free disk space.
To install: download the archive, unpack it into a folder without non-Latin letters in the path (for example C:\Games\L2), copy the server patch there replacing the files, and start the game the way the server's website says.
