1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the website l2spawn.com (the “Site”) — a catalog of Lineage 2 private server announcements and related services: the L2 Database, clan recruitment, the Telegram bot and paid placements. The Site is run by the L2Spawn administration (the “Administration”), contact: admin@l2spawn.com.
1.2. By using the Site, logging in, adding a server, posting recruitment or paying for services, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1.3. Lineage II is a trademark of NCSOFT Corporation. L2Spawn is an independent catalog and is not affiliated with NCSOFT or with the owners of the listed servers.
2. Account
2.1. You log in with Telegram. One person — one account; you are responsible for access to your Telegram account and for everything done under it.
2.2. The Administration may block an account that breaks these Terms.
3. Adding servers
3.1. Adding a server is free and goes through moderation. The data must be accurate: dates, chronicle, rates, a working website.
3.2. Not allowed: false information, servers you have no rights to, duplicates, websites with malicious files or links, misleading descriptions, content violating the law.
3.3. The Administration may refuse publication, edit obviously wrong data, unpublish or archive a server without giving reasons beyond those stated in the moderation notes.
3.4. A server already in the catalog can be claimed by its owner via “This is my server”; the decision is made by the Administration after checking the official contacts of the project.
4. Paid services
4.1. Paid services are statuses (VIP, Super VIP, Elite) and banner places. Prices, terms and conditions are listed on the Advertising page and in the order window; promotions apply for the period stated.
4.2. Payment is made in the way offered on the Site (including CryptoBot). The service is considered provided from the moment the status or banner is switched on.
4.3. Payments are non-refundable, including when a placement is removed because of a violation of these Terms, when the server is closed or changes its plans, and in the cases described in 4.4.
4.4. Link discount: a purchase made with the discount for a link to L2Spawn stays valid only while the link is on the server's website. If the link is removed, a warning is sent to the bot; after 3 hours active purchases with that discount end without refund, and scheduled ones are paused until the link is back.
4.5. Banners must be the required size and must not contain malicious content, adult content, gambling, other people's trademarks without rights, or misleading information. The Administration may refuse or remove such a banner.
4.6. If the Site does not work for technical reasons, the Administration may extend the affected placements by the downtime at its discretion.
5. Clan recruitment
5.1. Posting recruitment is free, up to 3 active posts per person; a post lives 30 days and can be extended.
5.2. Contacts (Telegram, Discord) in a post are public — anyone can see them.
5.3. Not allowed: server advertising disguised as recruitment, scams, selling accounts or items, insults, links to websites. Such posts are hidden by a moderator.
5.4. Agreements between players and clans are their own business; the Administration is not responsible for them.
6. L2 Database, bot and reminders
6.1. The L2 Database is for reference; game materials belong to their rights holders. Accuracy is not guaranteed — servers may differ from the original.
6.2. The Telegram bot sends login confirmations, notifications to server owners and launch reminders the user asked for.
7. Liability
7.1. The Site is provided “as is”. The Administration is not responsible for the operation, content, fairness or shutdown of third-party servers, for their websites, or for losses from using them.
7.2. Statistics in the dashboard (views, clicks, sources) are approximate and are not grounds for claims.
8. Changes and contacts
8.1. The Administration may change these Terms; the new version applies from publication on this page.
