Exalted STR Dye
Take 1 unit to the Dye Merchant to get a tattoo that boosts your stats. When the tattoo is removed, the dye is not reimbursed.
Not dropped by monsters.
Cannot be spoiled.
The chances are official (x1). On servers with x10, x100 and higher rates, drop and spoil come more often.
